The outside is a fun cotton fabric, and a laminated, waterproof knit (PUL) on the inside, this bag will hold any "gooey" or icky trash without leaking (no soup or full soda cans, please!), and it doesn't need any replacement inserts or bags!

Two adjustable snapping straps (4 snaps on 2-13" long straps) allow you to put this on the headrest, gear shift or anywhere in your car that works for you! One single snap closes the bag if you want, while still allowing you to tuck in the trash.

Best of all, the bag is entirely machine washable and dryer safe. If it gets a little extra gooey, just toss it in with your regular laundry and it's ready to use again.
